First ribs on the Pro 34 turned out great. Used a 2-2-1 method at 225.

Dry seasoned with a Sweet Heat rub, Sprayed with 3:1 Apple Juice/Apple Cider Vinegar before butter/brown sugar wrap, and finished the final hour with Kinders Gold.

Great snap and very juicy! Never used a traeger before so really happy with this these turned out.

    Traeger on!

Looks like you nailed it! Ribs are a gateway smoked meal, always trying to get that first bite mouthful and being left with bones… until you make them again

Looks great and you didn’t ruin them with a bunch of sauce! Let the meat speak for itself!
